TabTrade Overview - What to Know Before You Sign Up

The Broker — The Short Version

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.

That last detail is relevant. It suggests the leadership has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. It is better than someone with no brokerage experience.

The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.

What you can trade: forex, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is solid.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from a single account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the alternative. Better depth of market. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural once they try it.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is apparently coming. That will be a good addition once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. This broker does not.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

This is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.

The FSRA Question

Now, the detail that matters. Tab Trade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.

However. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. But inform your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether the trade-off is worth it depends on you.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You deposit, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before you commit.
